how to efile the itr of salaried employee by self. i hav received form 16A

You must have received Form 16 and not form 16A.
You need to file ITR1 for salary Income provided your exempted Income is not more than Rs 5000.
Go to - https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
Register your PAN if not already registered and login.
Use quick efile ITR option. Choose ITR1. Fill up the details from your form 16 and submit. Acknowledgement in ITRV will be generated. Take print and send it to CPC, Bangalore.
