I have already paid income tax and file return, and return is process, but in current year my mistake i have paid previous year self assessment tax again, how to refund it or how to set off? please suggest me

No way for set-off the Tax Paid amount...
If you are filed the ITR on or Before due date then Go to file compliance or Revise Your ITR...
Otherwise Contact Your AO with details and A Letter...
