I fill itr4 in Excle form for A.Y. 2016-17, When i upload the return there is no option to upload return for A.Y. 2016-17

1)Generate XML of return prepared
2)Upload return in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
I was able to see that facility to upload return for 2016-17 available

There is no Option for Excel , you have to download excel utility Generate XML and try to upload
