My income in 2009-2010 was around 16000/- annually and in the same year due to death of my sister I received her LIC policy of around 182000/- and I didnt filed Income Tax Return that year. Then came year 2010-2011, I took a loan of Rs.145000/- from a financial company as well by selling some articles and thereby spent the amount on the medical need of my father-in-law which was about 70-80 thousands rupees and also sent Rs.168000/- to my sister-in-law (real) for her medical help in UK and I didnt filed ITR-4. Now year 2011-2012, I need to file ITR-4 as I became aware to file ITR as it is mandatory in nature when a person is having income. This year I had around Rs.200000/- as my income from my profession. I need to clarify that whether I can file three ITR's for the year 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 respectively at one go.

Income tax return should be filed by whose gross total income(i.e before allowing chapter VIA deductions and other deductions) exceeds the basis exemption limit. In case your income for such years exceeds the basic exemption limit you have to file the income tax return. OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI
