Itr 3 filling for lic insurence agent commsission

19 June 2017 Hai to all of u sir/ madam, i am rk , i have an insurence commission from lic Rs 2,00,000 more for the ay 2017-18, and i have only form 16A give by lic office, & i have 10,000 more as TDS for ay 2017-18. and i try to file my ITR-3 for this year , after filling the all the relavent data information and opt for not maintaing the books, finally when i generat the xml it shows me " please fill the relavent details of P&L a/c and B/S ,other wise it treats as Deffective return u/s 139(9).", so please to inform me what i do now.

30 June 2017 Thanks to all of u, but with ur suggestions i am not generate xml file successfully, my doubts are as follows
1.whether i select yes/no for maintaince of books u/s 44AA,
2. SELECT YES/NO for tax audit u/s 44AB
3.in b/s whether i select " NO books case" or Not
4. In P&L whether i select " no books case" or not
5. and is their any manadatory fields to fill as yes/ no
ple clarification my doubts
in my return i choose mataince of books as NO, i fill no books case in b/s , P&L , sudary debtors, creditors, stock as zero, and cash as 8700 in B/S , in P&L no accounts case - income from profession gross receipts ,gross profit as 2,25,200, exp 18000, net profot is 2,07,200, tds deducted by lic of india around 10,000.
after filling all details while genetatin xml " Please ensure that the relevant fields of profit&loss and Balance Sheet are filled else Return of Income may be treated as Defective u/s 139(9)."
what is meaning of the above warning alert, wherther it is an error alert or reminder ?
so, give me clarification to my problem in detail.
