sir my doubt is that:
if assessee came to us on last day for filling itr i.e. 31st july,
on what grounds we should file his itr?????

you can check the documents which the assessee provided, if you satisfied with all, you can file else you can ask the details.
for ay-15-16, individual filling date is extended till 31st August 2015
