ITR 2 not yet process from last 50 days

Hello Sir,
I have filed my ITR2 on last week of July. With No refund and no paid tax as I have already paid Advance tax and My Organization already deducted Proper tax. ITR2 is not yet Process. As per My knowledge I have filed every think correctly in ITR. in July and August ITR processing was very slow but now IT got fast . Can I revised my ITR with same details (as no change) for fast processing or Shall I wait for same days ?

No need to revise it; it will delay it more. Wait for few more days. If you have not received any query from CPC till now, and if your ITR is filled in consistent with data in AIS..... just wait.

Hello Sir , Today I reviewed My ITR and realised 1 mistake that I had company provided stocks . I had shown it in FA (Shedule Foreign Assets)section. but by mistake I had selected No in Do you at any time during the previous year, have income from any source outside India? This should be YES . As per my understanding now I need to file Revised ITR 2 please suggest. Also Any penalty applicable after as I am filling revised ITR after due date ?

Yes, you can file revised return till 31st December, 2025; without any penalty. Due date for filing revised return u/s. 139(5) IT act, is not over.
