22 March 2014 I dont understand the concept for filing tax returns only for bank loan's perspective!!!

isnt it your duty as the adviser to ensure that your client comply with all the legal compliances!

22 March 2014 As u know a small proprietor haven't more money for investment for expand his business so he want a loan for expansion,
he file return and shown his income under the head of other sources thts y I ask for a proper return
There is no any instance to save tax or avoid return Sir.
