Itr-1 online for a.y. 2016-17

26 July 2016 I fill and submit ITR 1 online 1st time for the A,Y, 2016-17, But in ITR I did not find option where I can fill amount of exemption of conveyance allowance and HRA. There was a option that income from salary only. I filled amount after deduction of conveyance allowance and HRA as per form 16. Is it right. Please guide me.

26 July 2016 Not required......ITR 1 is basically meant for those having income from salary and interest. (In most of the cases, TDS is done by employer/interest payer... so much so return of TDS is also filed by the said persons viz. employer and /or interest payer)
So as such no detailing is required.....
