Itr- 1 filing after due date

23 January 2013 As i have filed my ITR - 1 for fy 11-12 on 21.01.13 which is after due date,

But i found one mistake
in TDS column TAN no & Company name is mention wrong

- amount is correct

& my case of 100% refund of tax

so now how i will change this detail

online revise is not possible

please answer asap

23 January 2013 You must try Revising the return online. It can be submitted.

i have tried but one warning message

only one original ITR CAN be filed u/s 139(i),please change the section and retry.

1 should i change original to revise then try

23 January 2013 Yes- As you have to file a revised return -Select the Revised option.

17-Revised 139(5)
enter original ack no & date its done

1. can you please confirm late date of filling income tax return for individual for FY 12-13 is 31 july 2013 ?

2. i know for salary person income tax form used is ITR 1

whose TDS deducted section under 194H - same form ITR 1 is used
