27 June 2018 1. What are the documents required for filing It Returns of a Pvt Ltd company .
2. Along with what are the documents will be attached with IT returns.
3. For a small company having less than 100 transactions , what will the reasonable fee of CA/CS for filing It returns and ROC Returns and compliance.

28 June 2018 There is a audit under It Act as it is Pvt Limited Company. Is it correct that along with IT ,B/s,Audit report, Computation statement and P&L account attached ?

Pl confirm or explain in detail what are to be attached.

and Form 3CD are to be e-filed before uploading FormITR-6.
