26 January 2011 Mr. X has not got his IT Refund for the A.Y 10-11 and 09-10. Can I write a letter to the Income Tax Officer regarding the refund. And what all documents will I have to attach with the letter? And I will have to file the letter in the same ward in which the return was filed right?
Please guide.

27 January 2011 There is time for getting the refund of AY 2010-11. But you should have got the refund of AY 09-10. Please wait for a couple of weeks then you can visit your respective IT Deptt.
