05 November 2015 NEED ONE SUGGESTION...
PVT LTD COMPANY CONVERTED INTO LLP, BANK ACCOUNT OF THAT PVT LTD COMPANY IS ALREADY CLOSED....BT FOR AY 2015-16 THERE IS IT REFUND IN CASE OF PVT LTD.
MY QUERY IS HOW TO GET REFUND OF PVT LTD COMPANY???

05 November 2015 01. once the ECS option is selected as NO, the cheque is issued. Once the cheque is received, ask for the change in the name of payee by giving full representation as to the closure of the company.
or
02. Since it is conversion, you can make the suitable arrangements with your bankers to accept the cheques in the earlier companies name and credit the proceeds in the LLP's account.
