10 March 2016 Hi Professionals, I left the job from India and withdrawal my PF and superannuation. It is deposited with interest to my bank account in the same current financial year. Now I am shifted to Singapore, but not NRI for current financial year as I shifted on 20th Oct 2015, i.e. spend 202 days in INDIA. is there will be tax applicable for PF and Superannuation amount? Also my employer registered me with Singapore Government as a tax payer... So for current financial year is it necessary to declare my Singapore Income in IT return?

10 March 2016 Since you are not NRI and Resident you need to file itr for for AY 16-17 and declare singapore income also along with indian income.

10 March 2016 But where should I need to file return.. ?
In India or In Singapore..?

10 March 2016 for AY 16-17 file on or b4 31.7.2016

10 March 2016 file online on income tax website.
