Issue of invoive but delivery later on

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies concerns regarding receiving an invoice before taking delivery of goods. It explains that an e-way bill can be generated later, even if the invoice and e-way bill dates differ. While a supplier uploading an invoice in GSTR-1 before delivery is unusual, it doesn't prevent you from making payment after delivery. Crucially, Input Tax Credit (ITC) remains valid as long as you are taking delivery of the goods.
