Can an Indian company issue guarantees on behalf of a subsidiary of a subsidiary of a group company in India? This group company is a subsidiary of a foreign company located in India?

interpretate the relation between the guarantee issuer and the company on which behalf the guarantee is issued, in absence of such facts no comments can emerge.
