Whts d procedure to get a duplicate copy of certificate of Incorporation of an existing co. if the original one is lost n we ve only a photocopy of this.

Well prinyanka in that case you can ask for certified copy of COI from ROC regional office on stamp paper of Rs. 100 as this is also equivalent to Original COI and validily accepted.
For that purpose you have to submit one public inspection challan and 1 challan for certified copy along with one stamp paper and more over it depends the formalities of regional ROC office i.e. depends where is your company located, if it is in mumbai then i can guide you accordingly.

well to get the certified copy of COI, you have to give one public inspection challan.
At mca site there is one option "view public document" so after paying requisite fee you can generate challan for public inspection of document of your company, this is just a formality for making an application for certified copy, remember one more thing whenever you filed anyform at mca, they usally give one specific registration no. to every document, so mention that registration no. in application form for certified copy so i would suggest you first you talk to Delhi ROC office then proceed further, usually it will take 1 week to get the CERTIFIED COPY OF COI.
