is practice manual for isca not good?should I refer something else?

Practice Manual is very good and very important too. Practice Manual are must not only for ISCA but for all subjects. For ISC you can prepare with Study Material, Practice Manual and RTP. If you want to refer an additional book you can opt for Dinesh Madan's book.
