Is the exemption available for pcc students in nov 2012 exam

I got exemption in audit and 2nd grp cleared in May 2012 exam but could not clear law and A/c, the result is showing 'F-EX'.I have heard from my friends that exemption is not available for the PCC Student for nov 12 term as it is the last term...
Is it true?

Please suggest...
