The compapany has purchased Color Inkjet Printing with lamination for advertisement purpose, is the company liable to deduct TDS while making the payment....?

If it is an over the counter purchase, TDS is not applicable. Else, if it is given on order and other conditions of Sec 194 C are satisfied, TDS has to be made.
