05 February 2010 The compapany has purchased Color Inkjet Printing with lamination for advertisement purpose, is the company liable to deduct TDS while making the payment....?

Kindly suggest.

05 February 2010 If it is an over the counter purchase, TDS is not applicable. Else, if it is given on order and other conditions of Sec 194 C are satisfied, TDS has to be made.

05 February 2010 my view TDS is not applicable unless the product specfically for made and supply as per your specifications
