06 September 2016 An immovable property is been allotted by development authority.. before the property is been registered from the development authority the release deed has been made without the sense among the family members..is this release deed favours the releasee...?

07 September 2016 make sure if it is "release deed" or "agreement to release"
The title is NOT important....check the contents......(Title may be RELEASE deed but contents may be that of Agreement to release.....)

07 September 2016 I hv gone through all points.. But the major point is stamp duty and registration charges are Bourne by releasee.. Is that point valid in this deed of release before registration from development authority..

07 September 2016 ok tell me one thing......the said deed is registered by the Registering Authority... right?

07 September 2016 That deed has been registered not in knowledge of municipal/development authority.. Later they hv produce that document to development authority as stating the property belongs to releasee before the property registered to their family members(it is an immovable property)..

07 September 2016 And the deed has been registered in sub-registrar office..

08 September 2016 I think a better way would be to seek the clarification from the said registering authority on the same....
For inchoate and non registerable documents yet registered inadvertantly, they issue such a letter to that effect. You may try for that
