I KNOW SALE OF TOOR DALL IS TAX FREE
I WANT TO KNOW SALE OF TOOR DALL WITH BRAND NAME IS TAX FREE OR NOT?

As per the schedule 1A entry no9(?) it is given only as cereals and pulses.So,all kinds,whether branded or not should be exempt.
