Sir I retired in 2019 I recieved leave encashment from my bank of which amt upto three lacs was not taxed for rest amt I paid tax now I have got arrears of leave encashment in 2021 isit taxable

Yes, as the maximum available exemption u/s 10(10AA) of Rs. 3 lakhs was fully utilized.
