Is it possible to file original return twice?

16 March 2014 Respected all,
I had filed my tax return for the assessment year 2013-14 within due date.But ITR V was not send within due period(120 days). Now i want to file my return as it is again, and send ITR V within due date. My return is refund claimed return. Can i file again the same return?

Believe the same query has been resolved. you can refile under 139(5). the same shall be processed under 139(4) only as a original return as the return filed before becomes non-est.
