We are 100% EOU and we have service tax
reimbursement from Excise aginst the exportable goods.

Is't compulsary for service tax registration for claiming the Service tax
reimbursment?

16 April 2008 The person should get registered in Excise if you are a manufacture and in service tax if service provider to get the cenvat credit.
