My Grosstotal income
Case 1 : One client has Net income 600000/- (After all deduction Net income is 4,90,000/-)
My Question is in above case 1 is it compulsory to Efiling ???
Case 2 : client has Net income 400000/-
My Question is in above case 2 is it compulsory to Efiling ???

if the total income before giving any deduction or exemption do not exceed the basic exemption limit then no need to file itr else needs to file itr...

i believe the question is no filing of e-return and not return. Kindly refer Rule 12 of the Income-tax Rules 1962. It provides for who has to file return in what manner...
