Is gst applicable of sale of company car

18 May 2018 X company is stock broker company ... having car on companies name , now wants to sale to another register firm .
my question is GST applicable on that ?

ex. WDV value is 300000 /-
sale value is also 300000 /-
should we tax on that or not?

My Auditor saying that GST and Cess will applicable on sale of used Car. Is its Right?
If yes, how should we calculate GST and Cess.?
