X company is stock broker company ... having car on companies name , now wants to sale to another register firm .
my question is GST applicable on that ?
ex. WDV value is 300000 /-
sale value is also 300000 /-
should we tax on that or not?

My Auditor saying that GST and Cess will applicable on sale of used Car. Is its Right?
