16 July 2011 i am preparing audit report of a religious trust named as 'GANESHOTAV MANDAL" which is registered under Bombay public trust act.

Profit as per income and expenditure account comes to Rs.50000/-.ie.

donations/chanda received-200000
interest on bank a/c-50000
less: expenses for religious purp-150000

i have never filed IT return of the trust?
is it mandatory to file ROI for A.y.11-12.
