Is digital Signature mandatory for e-filing Income Tax Return of Individual, Huf, Company U/s 44AB for Ay 2010-11 onwards????

No it is not necessary to obtain digital signature of Individuals and HUF. You can transmit the data electronically without digital signature and file the verification of Return in Form ITR-V to bangalore

It is necessary for corporate assessees in lieu of CBDT notification no.49/2010 dated 9/7/2010.
