17 August 2016 The bankers/authorised dealers playing safe; normally ask for 15CA, CB certification. No harm in giving such a certification.. The taxability is case specific before one can give a BLANKET opinion. Better be in touch with a learned CA in this regard.

02 December 2016 Dear Mr.Expert, you can file ,15 CA, 15 CB certificate as...firstly register yourself as CA on Income Tax website,
Secondly... Login to your client account and fill requisite info therein with amount in USD & it's converted value of that day into INR.
Also you can withdraw such certificate within 7 days if your client decide to cancel the transaction.
