I m registered in July 2010 for IPC both groups. I send application for revalidation on 12-08-2014. Can I appear in Nov 2014 exam?

you can apply but ensure that your application has been processed or is under process at ICAI. So kindly do check with ICAI office where you submitted the application

Yes you can definitely appear in Nov 2014 attempt provided your revalidation request processed by ICAI officials.

in oct month they will ask for a letter u will be getting from icai that bu have been re register
