Ipcc registration letter

I have not received my Ipcc registration letter and in rules it is noted that the photocopy of the same is to be attached with exam form.So is it compulsory to attach the photocopy and is there any procedure for generation of online registration letter?

there is no need to attach any cuh copy of registration letter with exam form.
