Some Subjects are similar in IPCC and CS executive so if i clear CS executive can i get exemption for the same subjects in IPCC???

No exemption in CA on the basis of CS Qualification.

Agree with the opinion of expert. It is better to focus on clearing of exams. I am sure with your CS executive experience you can easily clear your exams.
