I am Graduate passed with 76%. I gave this Nov 2012, IPC Examination but can I opt for conversion and start my articles now? and if I can convert and if I pass in both groups or group 2 will this result be counted??

You can apply for conversion, but if you clear the exams, the result will NOT be counted and you will have to appear for the exams again.
It is better to wait for 2 months. The results will be out by then.
