I've filled the examination form for ipcc gr1 may 2014 attempt. And now I don't want to give it as I'm not prepared. Will this be counted as an attempt? And if I want to give it in nov 2014 then do I have to be registered again? Pls reply ASAP.

yes it will be counted as an attempt and you shall have to register again in Nov 14.
