05 November 2015 Dear sir,

What is the difference between commercial invoice and invoice.

I can send commercial invoice to party with out accounting. It is LC cleraing.
I will give to bank

It is any problem this transaction . pl help me si.

05 November 2015 no difference as such. In some organisations, proforma invoice is given and on confirmation invoice is given. So they term it as commercial invoice.
