SUPPOSE TAX PAYER WANTS TO INVEST MONEY IN FAVOUR OF HIS PARENTS NAME HOW CAN HE DO SO WHIOUT ANY INCOME TAX LIMITATION. WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO DO SO. EXPLAIN IT IN DETAIL
