Plz tell me the tax implication of introducing land as capital into the company and also implication as per companies act.

it can be introduced in the company by registering the same in the name of the company by following due registration process. Value determined shall be treated as sale consideration in the hands of transferor and tax is payable by the transferor in his regular assessment.
