27 August 2011 One of my client has filed ITR-4 electronically relevant to Asst. Year 2010-11 on Dt.05/08/2010.However due to over sight the current year House property loss of Rs.66888/- was not adjusted /set off against Business Income in the same Asstt.Year by using the set off claim button under Set off Schedule in said return itself.Accordingly the A.O.computed tax demand along with Interest under the tax Slab @30% from CPC Banglore by giving Intimation cum Demand vide order Dt.04/12/2010.

Now query is whether we can rectify the same through online or to be revised again.Please reply at earliest.
