I have received an intimation U/s 143(1) for the Ass. Yr. 2009-10 but their is neither demand nor Refund kindly let me what is implecation of this intimation.

No need to do anything if matches with return filed by you. Otherwise you will have to file Rectification of Intimation U/s 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
