Intimation u/s 143(1)

28 January 2015 Hello,

I want to know the reasons for not generating intimation u/s 143(1) for the past year in income tax side. It indicates/remark that "NO INTIMATION ORDER EXISTS FOR THE A.Y.___"

Is there problem related to under processed work by I.T department for that year or any previous year??

The purpose for generating intimation was outstanding demand of my client however return was not filled by me..

Please give your valuable advise.

28 January 2015 if return is not filed then how can there be notice or intimation u/s 143(1)

But i wrote in my quarry that there was outstanding demand of my client and it was only possible if return filed.

Any other reason ???
