Intimation u/s 143(1)

I have received an Intimation u/s 143(1)for Co. assessee.The cess amount shown in Return is wrong, but the tax amount in totality is correct.There is a demand for tax due to difference in interest u/s 234C.Apart from paying the amt,is there any requirement due to difference in Cess??
If in the next Asst Yr i am having a refund claim, can this demand amount(Rs. 10) be adjusted and not paid??

Thats true...i read a notifiaction dat demand for less than Rs. 100 will be adjusted..
Will any action need to be taken regarding the diff in cess amt??
