plz suggest;;;;;;;
a person wants to start business (related to web designing etc. )his customers are from outside india. how he provide his services from india to his foreign customers. plz provide me detail procedure legal formalities etc. every thing. whether he can do this busniss without formating any company or firm or otherwise as he is in a private job already.

Exporting of services can be satrted easily. You will get all the exemtions under the tax. It can be started without forming a company or firm.

plz let me know all procedure, any legal compliance, exemption etc. whether he can start his business as proprietorship business. how he can receive his fees from foreign customers, wht abt. FEMA compliance. etc.
