If a person is a service provider who is exporting his service (Comes under intermediary category).. what should be the impact of provisions in service tax as according to Negative List.

21 October 2013 Mega exemption notification means Central government after introduction of point of taxation scheme have removed many past abatements and modified many services by either fully exempting or by partially exempting from payment of service tax on fulfilling conditions mentioned therein.
