my question is , we sold goods from karnataka to tamil nadu customer but customer rejects goods due poor quality , after issuing credit note to him can we sell these goods to maharashtra customer from tamilnadu using bill from dispatch from ? as far as my knowledge is concern as per gst rule karnataka taxpayer can not sell goods from other state ... what should i do now ?
