if return is filed for the f.y. 2010-2011 on payable basis and business belongs to u/s 44AE Business then interest on u/s 234A,B,C is applicable or not and also suggested which date is covered in calculation for u/s 234A,B,C

yes it is applicable. Unlike 44AD, no specific exemption is provided for 44AE.
