Please clarify about Interest to be paid on delayed deposit of TDS U/s 201. If Tds deducted on say date and Deposited on
1) Deduction on 02.01.2013& deposited on 08.02.2013
2)Deduction on 08.01.2013& deposited 07.03.2013
3) Deduction on 08.01.2013 & deposited on 08.03.2013
4) Deduction on 16.01.2013& deposited on 15.04.2013
5) deduction on 16.01.2013 & deposited on 17.04.2013
6) Deduction on 16.01.2013 & deposited on 16.04.2013
Please reply - interest to be deposited for how many number of months. Best Regards

Sir, i have a little doubt at no 5, answer would be 4 months. further in the same point no 5, tell me up to what date we can deposit TDS , If Tds deducted on 16.01.2013 and delayed interest will pay for three months only.
Whether Delayed period of interest in months charged on the basis of months like January full month basis or 16.01.2013 to 16.02.2013 is one month.
Sir, Please clarify.
