Interest on late paymen

05 June 2015 hello all.Our company has received an intimation for late payment of tds for 2 days.Now based on this have few doubts. 1.First its written that we have to pay the late fees within 30 days of the service of intimation.Does it means order pass date or the date on which we received it by speed post. 2.After we pay the interest what more we need to do to remove the default from traces.
