Dear Experts,
Company has provide interest free loan Rs. 1 lakh to employee. Please let me know the taxability of this said loan in the hand employee, how much SBI interest will be consider....plz explain with an example if possible...

It depends on the loan purpose. like housing, education or other personal loan accordingly same nature loan interest rate by RBI need to be treated as perquisite
