Interest deduction on housing loan

if an interest paid rs 2 lac on housing loan from joint account of husband and Wife, in that case can they claim for full deduction of rs 2 lac

Yes both should be able to claim full deduction. However if the house is being beneficially owned by the husband, then wife should ideally not claim any deduction
